• Christine Kearney, Moderator
  Christine Kearney is the Founder and Principal of Venga People, a boutique advisory firm specialising in tax and strategic business advice for high-net-worth families, business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs.  Christine is a Chartered Irish Tax Advisor and STEP Associate with extensive experience advising on multi-jurisdictional estates, cross-border business expansions, asset ownership structures and exit strategies. She provides expert, confidential advice to both high-profile and private clients, ensuring meticulous care in handling their affairs. Under Christine's leadership, Venga People has built a multi-jurisdictional client base, with offices in Ireland and the Cayman Islands.
• Mark Daniel, Panellist
  Mark Daniel is the Founder and Managing Partner of DIGITAL an investment firm that uses a cultural lens to partner with the next generation of iconic companies. Mark also serves as the Co-Founder of BAD DANCERS ONLY, an organization that focused on fighting the mental health crisis that young people face today. Previously, Mark was the Co-Founder and CEO of The Human Development Company (HDC), which used software to augment mental and emotional performance, and was supported by some of the most elite investors in technology such as Khosla Ventures. Mark was also one of the first recipients of the prestigious Thiel Fellowship, created by Peter Thiel (PayPal Founder, first Facebook investor) to select 20 of the most talented young entrepreneurs globally and pay them to drop out of university. Forbes recognized Mark in their coveted 30 Under 30 list in 2015 for Consumer Technology.
• Behzad Malek, Panellist 
  Behzad Malek Ph.D, a fintech entrepreneur, is the Founder and CEO of OnTab, a trailblazer working on the confluence of fintech and blockchain. Behzad is also the Co-Founder, Ex. COO and Board Member of CloudWalk aka InfinitePay, the fastest growing merchant service provider in Brazil.
• Reinaldo Normand, Panellist
  Reinaldo Normand is the Co-Founder and General Partner at Niu Ventures and the Founder of Zeebo, the world’s first 3G console, and successfully raised $60 million. Reinaldo is also the former General Manager at Tectoy Mobile. Reinaldo has mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs over the past decade through organizations like Gamefounders, MIT, Innovalab, and personally. He has founded and led five startups (two exits) in Brazil, China, and the U.S. At Niu Ventures (November 2021) he invested in 17 pre-seed, software-driven startups in Brazil, 10 of which secured follow-on investments from 10 American and 10 Brazilian funds. He is now raising Fund II to support Brazilian founders going global.
