• Sandra Castelo, Panellist
  Sandra Castelo is a Canadian CPA with over 25 years of experience, primarily in the financial industry, but has spent the past 6 years specialising in the rapidly evolving blockchain sector. Her expertise spans both traditional financial services and innovative digital asset management, positioning her as a key player in bridging the gap between these industries.
• Dr. Amy Hubble, Panellist
  Dr. Amy Hubble is the founding Principal of US-based Radix Financial LLC and Radix Financial Cayman LLC along with serving as co-portfolio manager of the firm’s private investment fund – Radix Financial First Pillar Ltd. Amy has 18 years of private wealth experience in the US, the Cayman Islands, and a multitude of other cross-border financial planning scenarios. Amy has made her home in the Cayman Islands since 2018 and loves all the outdoor sports and activities that island life has to offer. She is an active member of both 100 Women in Finance and STEP Cayman Islands, in addition to being the immediate Past President of CFA Society Cayman Islands.
• Ceri Jamieson, Panellist
  Ceri Jamieson is the Regulatory Compliance Team Lead at Deriv Group SEZC, overseeing compliance for regulated Broker Dealer entities within one of the world’s largest online brokers. With expertise in multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks, she ensures robust compliance in a global environment. Previously, Ceri served as Chief Analyst in CIMA’s On-site Inspections Unit and as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) in the Cayman Islands, with experience in regulatory and financial audits for investment funds and operating companies. An Associate Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), Ceri’s regulatory knowledge and commitment to compliance excellence make her a key leader in financial services.

  Zani Duvenage is an Audit Manager at PwC Cayman Islands in the Asset Management industry. With over five years of experience in assurance, Zani has built a strong track record in both the Cayman Islands and South Africa. She is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CIIPA and SAICA.
