Ben has over 6 years’ experience in the Tech Recruitment market with over 3 years specifically in Cayman. Ben leads the Tech Division at SteppingStones and launched SteppingStones Tech last February, offering a tailored and specialist service to companies and individuals in the Cayman Islands.
Al is a tech-savvy and creative individual with a passion for game development and technology. Graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor's Degree in Game Development (Honors) and an Advanced Diploma in Game Development and Design from Niagara College, Al possesses a strong educational foundation in the field. Beyond academia, their interests extend to collecting and restoring retro and vintage tech, as well as collaborating on small game projects and other technology ventures. Currently serving as a User Support Specialist at Brave Software and concurrently holding the role of a Maker Space Ambassador with Cayman Enterprise City and Sustainable Cayman, they are dedicated to sharing knowledge while fostering a thriving creative environment. They are constantly on the lookout for fresh opportunities to innovate and create, not only in the realm of tech but also in broader domains.
Ashleigh attended The University of Texas at San Antonio and received her Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA, Cyber Security in 2018. She is currently working towards a Master's degree in Cyber Security Strategy and Information Management. She comes from a background of many years of experience in Network Administration and Information Technology Security. She is currently employed as a Senior Information Security Engineer.
