Introducing Caymanian born Cordell Andrade. Cordell first heard of the Cayman Code Academy (CCA) through researching available courses on computer science. Upon being inspired by the countless job opportunities in Software Engineering he decided to take the leap! After two months of studying at the CCA, he now has three job opportunities lined up for his choosing.

Cayman Enterprise City’s (CEC) workforce development programme, Enterprise Cayman is now offering multiple ways to help young Caymanians get workforce ready. The expanded offerings are designed to ensure that as many young Caymanians and residents as possible have access to quality learning experiences and opportunities to pursue dynamic careers available within Cayman’s award winning special economic zones.

This month CEC had the incredible opportunity to interview the latest Intelligent Devices SEZC Inc. (IDI) Intern Monique Barrett. A charming young student educated at John Gray Highschool. Monique first joined CEC this past July as she partook in our “Summer in The City” internship programme. An educational opportunity to help grow our young community in the Cayman Islands.
