“The most successful educational outcomes come from public and private sector collaboration so that young people can study with world-class academics whilst getting input from industry-leading experts. Initially, our joint efforts will focus on developing a Digital Literacy Certificate to equip our students with not only essential IT skills but also globally relevant digital skills. These skills are increasingly recognized as crucial by local and international industries for employment today and in the future."
This partnership will also involve a range of cooperative activities, including faculty and staff exchanges for training purposes, facilitating internship opportunities, participation in joint seminars, and exploring joint funding applications to enhance educational programmes.

Our continued collaboration with UCCI underscores our dedication to cultivating a highly skilled workforce in the Cayman Islands. The new Digital Literacy Certificate will be a huge boost to the jobs market in Cayman and will provide much-needed digital skills for all aspects of the community.”
