• Alee Fa’amoe, Moderator
  Alee Fa'amoe is the Chief Technology Officer at Cayman Enterprise City. Alee has over 25 years' experience in the technology & telecommunications sectors as an engineer, consultant, and a regulator. His previous roles include COO of Deloitte Cayman Islands, Regional VP Broadband for Cable & Wireless Caribbean, Deputy CEO and Executive Director ICT of the Cayman Islands communications regulator, Government Representative to the United Arab Emirates, and the team leader for the Cayman Islands Government’s presence at the World Expo 2020 in Dubai. He also serves on the boards of several charities and non-profit entities such as Enterprise Cayman, Meals on Wheels, and Digital Cayman.
• Tamsin Deasey, Speaker 
  Tamsin Deasey is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic business development, marketing, and organizational growth and most recently works at the University College of the Cayman Islands. Having recently completed a prestigious program at MIT, Tamsin was selected as part of a global cohort of 80 leaders, focusing on AI and ML applications for business growth. She has authored papers on AI implementation in higher education, particularly within the Caribbean region and her research was presented at the UWI FIC Artificial Intelligence Conference. Additionally, Tamsin will serve as the Teaching Assistant for the Digital Certificate course, ensuring participants receive the support and guidance needed to maximise their learning experience.
• Dr. Robert W. Robertson, Speaker
  Dr. Robert W. Robertson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the University College of the Cayman Islands (2022-  ); and, he is a Senior Research Fellow, School of Advanced Studies, Commonwealth Institute, University of London (2022-2025). He served as the first President (2016-2022) of the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute; and, he has more than twenty-five years of experience leading award-winning academic institutions in Canada, the United States, Central Asia and the Caribbean. 
  He holds graduate degrees from the US, Canada and the United Kingdom including a Doctorate in Management and Organization (Stirling University, Scotland); and a Graduate Diploma in International Development (London School of Economics and Political Science). Dr. Robertson has published more than sixty peer-reviewed articles on workforce readiness, international business, quality management and the future of work.
